Life can be pretty demanding. It's easy sometimes when you just coast along, but like it or not, something always seems to go wrong. Sometimes people build you up, just so they can knock you down. Sometimes they will have you there, cause they need someone around.
Remember to take care of yourself, folks. Both mentally and physically sound, that is the key to feeling good. When you feel like things are moving too fast, sit down in a meditative position. Close yours eyes. Clear your mind. Problems will come up in your head, but don't focus on them, just let them pass by as an observer. Do this regularly, 20 minutes a day, and you will be able to do it on command in your daily grind. It's a great feeling once you have the upper-hand in life :)

imagine all soldiers reading this and we wouldnt have wars anymore...they'd just sit next to each other and meditate XD

meditation is truly amazing and relaxes anyone and allows them to become serene and calm.
